- A timer
Set a timer for five minutes (or longer, if you’re on a roll) and write a note to your partner to be opened one year from now. You can write about anything you’d like — sentimental, silly, or somewhere in between.
If it helps to have a prompt, consider:
- Where do you imagine yourselves one year from today?
- What's something you love about your partner in this moment?
- What's a favorite memory you've shared together from the past few months?
- What’s something your partner has done recently that you're proud of or admire?
